Protect your growing asset with Crop Insurance through AGG Co-op

AGG Co-op has once again formed a Crop Insurance Buying Group for the 2017 season to offer you access to competitive Crop Insurance packages as a vital part of risk management strategies for your business.

If you would like to join the AGG Co-op 2017 Crop Insurance Buying Group and receive a FREE crop insurance premium QUOTE with no obligation, then please:

Click here to provide your details

Or email your name and phone number to:

info@aggcoop.com.au

Once we have your information;

  1. We will provide indicative rates for each crop type
  2. You then need to advise us if you would like to take out a Crop Insurance policy through the Buying Group
  3. Your contact details will then be sent to the Insurance Broker to complete the process

AGG is not authorised to give advice or handle insurance products and is a lead referrer only on crop insurance. The Insurance Broker will only arrange crop insurance with recognised insurance companies that have the ability to manage crop claims and provide policy wordings that give the grower policy options that are available in the market such as:

  • Reducing excess on claims
  • Extra harvest allowance
  • Agreed value
  • Chemical over spray
  • Cover for seed in transit or stored on farm
  • After harvest payment terms
  • Pre or post-harvest cover

The 2017 Crop Insurance Buying Group will only collect your cropping details should you want to receive a quote. You then decide if you would like to proceed and take out a policy based on the rates provided.

At no stage are you obliged to take out a Crop Insurance policy and there are no costs or penalties should you decide not to proceed.

Thank you for considering AGG for your Crop Insurance requirements this season.

AGG 2015-16 Managed Programs Review

AGG Co-op’s 2015-16 managed programs were audited recently. The grains were marketed in a challenging environment of generally declining prices over the mandated sales periods and a $A/US FX rate that generally moved upwards ($A appreciated) apart from two short, sudden declines in late January and late May. The Review concluded that programs were managed in accordance with their published sales and risk mandates.
